Refund policy

We do not accept returns or provide refunds, given our products are 100% custom made. 

If mistakes have been made (by us) on a physical print - such as spelling mistakes, we will replace this at absolutely no cost to you. If you have made a mistake, for example with the spelling of a child's name upon purchase, and tell us in time before it goes to print (usually within 24 hours of purchase), there will be no charge to fix it. However if a print has already been made, we will charge an extra $10 for a reprint plus any additional shipping costs (if it has already been sent). Any mistakes for digital only files will be rectified immediately with no extra cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
